The right to sign is limited to the persons representing the company as recorded in the Commercial Register issued by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, namely:الحق في التوقيع يقتصر على الأشخاص الممثّلين للشركة كما هو مثبت في السجل التجاري الصادر عن وزارة التجارة السعودية، وهم:
- The board of managers in limited liability companies.مجلس المديرين في الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة.
- The board of directors in joint-stock companies.مجلس الإدارة في الشركات المساهمة.
- The manager authorised to sign singly or jointly, per the articles of association or bylaws.المدير المفوّض بالتوقيع منفردًا أو مجتمعًا حسب عقد التأسيس أو النظام الأساسي.
