Audit and assurance services are delivered in the jurisdictions where GTA holds a professional licence. Client acceptance and “Know Your Client”قبول العملاء ومبدأ «اعرف عميلك»

Before accepting any engagement, GTA carries out client acceptance and know-your-client (KYC) procedures in line with professional standards and applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing laws. These include verifying the identity and legal existence of the entity, identifying its owners and ultimate beneficial owners and the persons authorised to act on its behalf, understanding the nature and source of its business, and screening against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists.قبل قبول أي تكليف، تُجري GTA إجراءات قبول العملاء ومبدأ «اعرف عميلك» (KYC) وفقًا للمعايير المهنية والقوانين المطبقة لمكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب. وتشمل هذه الإجراءات التحقق من هوية الكيان ووجوده القانوني، وتحديد مالكيه والمستفيدين الحقيقيين النهائيين منه والأشخاص المفوضين بالتصرف نيابةً عنه، وفهم طبيعة نشاطه ومصدر أعماله، ومطابقته مع قوائم العقوبات وقوائم الأطراف المحظورة المعمول بها.

By requesting a proposal you confirm that the information you provide about yourself and your organisation is accurate and complete, that the entity legally exists and is duly registered, and that you are authorised to act on its behalf. You agree to provide the documents we reasonably request for these procedures, such as commercial registration, licences, ownership structure and identification of beneficial owners and authorised signatories.وبطلبكم عرض خدمات، تقرّون بأن المعلومات التي تقدمونها عن أنفسكم وعن منشأتكم صحيحة وكاملة، وأن الكيان قائم قانونًا ومسجل حسب الأصول، وأنكم مفوضون بالتصرف نيابةً عنه. كما توافقون على تزويدنا بالمستندات التي نطلبها على نحو معقول لهذه الإجراءات، مثل السجل التجاري والتراخيص وهيكل الملكية وإثبات هوية المستفيدين الحقيقيين والمفوضين بالتوقيع.

GTA does not provide services to entities that do not legally exist, that cannot be verified, that are prohibited or sanctioned under applicable law, or that are engaged in unlawful activities. We may decline, suspend or terminate an engagement at any time, without liability, if acceptance procedures cannot be completed satisfactorily, if the information provided proves inaccurate, or if continuing would conflict with our legal or professional obligations. Information obtained through these procedures is handled in accordance with our privacy policy and may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires.ولا تقدم GTA خدماتها لكيانات غير قائمة قانونًا، أو يتعذر التحقق منها، أو محظورة أو خاضعة لعقوبات بموجب القوانين المطبقة، أو تمارس أنشطة غير مشروعة. ويجوز لنا رفض التكليف أو تعليقه أو إنهاؤه في أي وقت دون تحمّل أي مسؤولية، إذا تعذر استكمال إجراءات القبول على نحو مُرضٍ، أو تبيّن عدم صحة المعلومات المقدمة، أو كان الاستمرار متعارضًا مع التزاماتنا القانونية أو المهنية. وتُعالَج المعلومات التي نحصل عليها من خلال هذه الإجراءات وفق سياسة الخصوصية، وقد يُفصح عنها للجهات المختصة حين يقتضي القانون ذلك.

The GTA name, logo, slogan and the content of this site are owned by GTA for Consulting Services or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission. Photographs, video and music are used under licence.اسم GTA وشعارها وعبارتها الشعارية ومحتوى هذا الموقع مملوكة لجي تي ايه للخدمات الاستشارية أو لمرخّصيها، ومحمية بقوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية. ولا يجوز نسخها أو توزيعها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي منا. وتُستخدم الصور ومقاطع الفيديو والموسيقى بموجب تراخيص.

My GTAMy GTA

My GTA is a restricted area for authorised users only. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared. Users must keep any material obtained through My GTA confidential and use it only for the purpose for which it was made available. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.My GTA مساحة مقيدة للمستخدمين المصرح لهم فقط. وبيانات الدخول شخصية ولا يجوز مشاركتها. ويلتزم المستخدمون بالحفاظ على سرية أي مواد يحصلون عليها من خلالها واستخدامها للغرض الذي أُتيحت من أجله فقط. ويجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت.
