In simpler terms: not necessarily the name in the commercial register, but the person standing behind the structure and exercising real control.المستفيد الحقيقي هو الشخص الطبيعي الذي يملك أو يسيطر بشكل نهائي وفعلي على المنشأة — مباشرة أو غير مباشرة — حتى وإن لم يكن هو المالك الظاهر في السجلات الرسمية. أي: ليس بالضرورة المالك الظاهر في السجل التجاري، بل الشخص الذي يقف خلف الهيكل ويمارس السيطرة الفعلية.
